Meeting/Event Information

The year 2020 requires we do things a little different.  It doesn't mean we should stop getting together to wish each other a Happy Holiday.  This year we will meet via Zoom.  We will convene with an open session and then move into random breakout rooms.  After about 10-15 minutes in the breakout rooms we'll reconvene as one large group for 10 minutes and then move into breaout rooms again.  We'll continue this format throughout the 2-hour event.  We're hoping this format will allow everyone to interact with each other.

Grab your favorite beverage and snack and plan on joining us on Tuesday, December 8th from 5-7 pm.  

We look forward to seeing everyone on the 8th.  While there is no cost to join us (we do ask that you register), we are inviting everyone to make a donation to our Stephen Rothblatt Memorial Scholarship.  It is only through the generous contributions by our members and colleagues that we are able to continue to award this scholarship yearly.  Donations can be made by clicking here. 

We are accepting sponsors for this event.  There will be 2 levels of sponsors:

• Presentation Sponsor ($250) - you will be given a couple of minutes to address attendees during one of the open session.
• Logo Sponsor ($100) - your logo will appear on all emails for the event as well as our website and on a slide during the log in process.
